Nexio — B2B Casino Management Platform

The core challenge was consistency at scale. Nexio covers 8+ independent product modules — Casino, Player Management, Segmentation, Bonus, CRM, KYC, Anti-fraud, and Payments — each owned by a separate product team with its own roadmap and delivery pace. Without a shared foundation, this structure inevitably produces drift: components diverge, patterns multiply, and every handoff becomes expensive. My first priority was building that foundation. I developed the design system from the ground up — fully token-based, connected to Token Studio, with JSON delivered to the frontend via Git. Visual updates propagate across the entire platform without manual rework on either side. Storybook serves as the live reference, keeping design and engineering aligned at all times. With the system in place, I introduced standardised flow templates across all modules. Every new feature starts from a proven structural baseline — layouts, navigation patterns, state handling, error states — all defined and reusable. This reduced setup time for designers and interpretation time for developers significantly. Day to day I collaborate directly with product owners and business analysts across each module team — defining requirements, mapping flows, and validating solutions through testing and iteration.
